We’re seeking a dynamic and compassionate Support Staff Technician to join our team at our Randolph County office. In this front-desk role, you’ll be the welcoming face of Meridian—supporting daily operations, assisting patients, and keeping our clinic running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide friendly, professional communication with patients, staff, and the public
  • Answer calls, schedule and reschedule appointments, and route messages
  • Collect co-pays and process payments
  • Manage medical records, releases of information, and new patient charts
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail (USPS, UPS, FedEx)
  • Check in patients in NextGen
  • (Main Office only) Answer executive phone as needed

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of office or administrative experience (medical setting preferred)
  • Strong computer and data-entry skills
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
