Job description

As a condition of employment all employees must pass a post offer criminal history background check, physical examination and drug screen. All employees must also submit proof of identity and employment eligibility.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Performs a variety of clerical duties such as but not limited to answering phones, answering questions and providing information regarding services inquires pertaining to real estate and personal property. Taking in monies and assisting customers with payments regarding real estate and personal property. Entering information into a wide variety of computer systems; identifying delinquent taxes/payments; balancing cash drawers; pulling, copying, faxing, and filing files and documents; and keeping logs of transactions. Ability to work with the public and other office personnel courteously and tactfully. THIS IS A PART-TIME POSITION.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or General Equivalency Degree (G.E.D) or, any equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the duties of the job such as those listed above. Experience with customer relations, counting and working with money, data entry, and 10-key by touch is preferred.
Salary Range:
$21.41/hr.
