Customer Service Support role focused on order management, administrative support, and stakeholder coordination. Ensures accurate order processing, smooth internal workflows, and timely communication.
Key Responsibilities (Mobile-Friendly)
• Support order intake, processing, and fulfillment
• Confirm orders and maintain accurate documentation
• Provide order status updates to stakeholders
• Identify delays/issues and support resolution
• Verify orders (credit, pricing, stock, transport)
• Handle invoices and contract balance updates
• Perform administrative and clerical tasks
• Assist in resolving routine customer issues
• Escalate complex issues when required
• Maintain coordination across internal teams
