Shift:                1st Shift (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Job Summary

Customer Service Support role focused on order management, administrative support, and stakeholder coordination. Ensures accurate order processing, smooth internal workflows, and timely communication.

Key Responsibilities (Mobile-Friendly)

• Support order intake, processing, and fulfillment
• Confirm orders and maintain accurate documentation
• Provide order status updates to stakeholders
• Identify delays/issues and support resolution
