Syndeo Staffing is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual for an administrative and customer support role for an aerospace client in Wellington, Kansas. This position supports daily office operations, customer service functions, and quality record-keeping within a specialized industry.

The ideal candidate enjoys a variety of tasks throughout the day, is comfortable working both in an office and shop environment and is eager to learn and grow.

Pay: $16/hour BOEย 

Schedule: Flexible within 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM (typical shifts: 6:00am-2:00pm, 7:30am-3:30pm, 8:00am-4:00pm)

Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain detailed records
  • Organize and file documents in accordance with company standards
  • Assist with purchasing and order tracking
  • Answer incoming calls and provide customer support
  • Prepare quotes and respond to customer inquiries
  • Support monthly testing processes and documentation
  • Assist office staff with general administrative tasks
