Piping Technology Company is seeking a full-time data entry clerk/receptionist. We offer: competitive pay, health and dental insurance, life insurance, 401k and paid vacation.

Position ย Information:

Provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. Theย receptionistย will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, data entry, requisition of supplies, as well as additional clerical duties.

Position ย Responsibilities:

โ€ขย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Daily data entry.

โ€ขย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Answer incoming calls and direct the caller to the appropriate person; if asked for by name, or department.

โ€ขย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Communicate with callers in a professional, courteous and efficient manner.

โ€ขย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Take messages, if requested by the caller, including full name, time of call, reason for call and return number.

โ€ขย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Communicate messages to the appropriate party in a timely manner.

โ€ขย ย ย ย ย ย ย  For general inquiries, provide callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company website, and other related information.

โ€ขย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Greet and direct visitors to the company.

โ€ขย ย ย ย ย ย ย  May also assist with other related clerical duties such as photocopying and filing.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Education & Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
