Position Summary

The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their travel journey. This role involves responding to inquiries, assisting with travel bookings, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring every client receives professional and timely service.

This is a remote position requiring a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Assist clients with booking flights, accommodations, vacation packages, tours, cruises, and other travel services.
  • Provide accurate travel information and recommendations based on customer needs.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
