Job description

Remote | Part-Time (15-20 hours) / Internship

About the Project

Job Seeker's Tool Kit is an AI-powered platform built to make the job search less of a black hole and more of a guided process — helping candidates sharpen their applications, prepare for interviews, and navigate hiring with the same kind of intelligence companies now use to hire. You can see an early prototype of the product's approach here: https://try.ka.nz/ai/kristafoltalafever and here: https://job-seeker-tool-kit.replit.app/. Find us on LinkedIn here:  https://www.linkedin.com/company/job-seekers-tool-kit.

We're a small, early-stage team, shaping how a new product finds its first real audience.

What You'll Do

  • Help develop and execute marketing campaigns introducing the platform to job seekers across international markets
  • Support outbound sales and outreach efforts, including identifying prospective users, partners, or institutions
  • Create content — social posts, email copy, landing page language — that explains what the platform does in plain, human terms
  • Track campaign performance and help translate results into next steps
  • Bring an international perspective to how the platform is positioned in different markets and cultures

Who We're Looking For

  • A current student (undergraduate or graduate) with interest in marketing, sales, or growth — especially at early-stage or AI-driven companies
  • Comfortable working independently and communicating across time zones
  • Strong written communication skills; bonus if you've got experience or curiosity around AI and international/cross-cultural marketing
  • Spanish speaking skills a plus

What You'll Gain

  • Direct, hands-on experience marketing and selling a live AI product from the ground up
  • Exposure to a wide range of marketing and sales techniques to consumers
  • Mentorship from someone with an entrepreneurial sales, marketing, and customer success background building this stack in real time
  • Real life use, training and certifications in HubSpot CRM, giving you a credential-backed skill that's in demand across sales and marketing roles

Details

This is an internship. College credit can be arranged if authorized and approved through your university's internship or work-study program — we're happy to complete any paperwork your institution requires.

  • Internship runs for the Fall 2026 semester.
