Parking Event Day Staff Department: Parking Direct Supervisor: Parking Supervisors and Management Status: Part-time / Hourly Summary:The Miami Dolphins and Hard Rock Stadium are looking for Parking team members dedicated to providing an efficient and positive customer service experience during ingress and egress for Miami Dolphins games, University of Miami games, the Miami Open, Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix, concerts, and other world class events. Must be 18 years or older to apply. Location:This is a part-time/hourly position based on site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL. Parking ScannerScanners are responsible for checking the authenticity and removing the stub from all parking passes as prepaid vehicles enter the stadium lots. Team members must properly handle and avoid damages to handheld devices issued for credit card transactions, SunPass transactions, and parking pass/barcode/Apple Pay scanning. Previous cashier experience preferred. This position pays $15 per hour. Parking Specialist Parking Specialists are responsible for directing vehicles to their proper location and parking space during inbound traffic flow during all Hard Rock Stadium events. Previous customer service experience preferred. This position pays $15 per hour. Hard Rock Stadium is a cashless venue. Therefore, we do not accept any payments in cash. All team members are expected to follow the protocol of "no cash no tips" throughout their employment with the parking team. Qualifications:
  • High School diploma required.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays in various weather conditions.
  • Fluent in English, Spanish beneficial.
  • Ability to bend, stand, lift 15-30 lbs., and maneuver throughout the stadium parking lots for long periods of time
