Job Summary:

AEG Internship Program offers a real-world experience that allows college students to learn the business of sports and live entertainment. This is a great opportunity to work with an energetic team of professionals that focuses on premium sales, services, and operations at Crypto.com Arena. The intern will gain hands-on experience in premium sales and licensing, enhancing their skills in client-facing sales and building relationships. The intern will also gain insight into how premium seating products are marketed, sold, and serviced.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research on prospective clients, including corporate accounts, high-net-worth individuals, and industry specific targets
  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities for premium seating products through market research and generating leads
  • Compile research and insights to support premium sales strategies and outreach efforts
  • Assist in scheduling and participating in client meetings (virtual and in-person) related to premium seating and licensing opportunities
  • Join sales representatives on dark day arena tours and prospecting dinners to gain first-hand exposure to client presentations
  • Provide support during select event days by assisting with client engagement initiatives and premium space activations
  • Observe premium client service operations to understand the full lifecycle of premium seat licensing and retention

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field
  • Interest in sports and live entertainment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Forms)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong multi-tasker
  • The AEG internship program requires a minimum commitment of 18 hours per week during the Fall

Bonus: This position is not eligible for a bonus under the current AEG bonus plan requirements.
