Job description

The overall objective of the department in which this position works is:
Conceptualize, design and produce detailed marketing projects from project initiation to completion, working within a strong collaborative team environment.
Pay: $25/Hour
Schedule: Flexible schedule, hours can vary Monday-Friday not exceeding 29 hours per week
Essential Duties:
  • Work with Creative Manager to translate marketing and sales objectives and campaigns into clear, compelling, engaging and appropriate design.
  • Partnering with the Creative team, develop design solutions for a variety of print and online materials.
  • Partnering with the Digital team to create image solutions for eCommerce channels.
  • Create and produce marketing and sales collateral materials for our domestic and international sales team. Maintain these items on BrandFolder.
  • Create and design presentation materials, event flyers, and contest materials.
  • Work on multiple projects concurrently, ensuring results are achieved on deadline while maintaining exceptional quality.
  • Ensure all creative work adheres to brand standards and advances Zeal's brand strategy. Assist the Marketing team on projects as necessary.
  • Stay abreast of current design trends online and in print.
  • Perform all other work-related duties as requested or required.

As a guide, indicated below is the preferred education and experience for this position:
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing or Graphic Design from an accredited college preferred. In lieu of education, current college Junior or Senior pursing said course of study.
  • Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), Flash and HTML
  • 2-3 years Graphic Design experience in a corporate environment preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
