POSITION:
  • Part-Time Special Education Supervisor
  • Assignment will be in the Joseph Badger Local School District

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience as a special education teacher.
  • Knowledge of special education and related services.
  • Ability to advise school district administrators, special education related services personnel, teachers and other personnel in problem solving, planning, development and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to provide leadership and direction relating to best practices that support data-based school improvement initiatives.
  • Demonstrated leadership within the profession.
  • Excellent organizational skills including the use of technology.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Master's Degree.
  • Valid State of Ohio administrative certificate/license (supervisor, administrative specialist, principal, superintendent, etc.) or eligibility for licensure.
  • Valid State of Ohio intervention specialist or special education teaching license.
  • Successful BCII & FBI background checks.
