  • Classroom Assistants - (More than one)
  • Working in Multiple Disabilities, Preschool, and Emotionally Disturbed and Hearing Impaired classrooms.
  • 2026-2027 school year.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma.
  • Experience working with special needs and/or disabilities preferred.
  • Valid Ohio State Board of Educational Aide Permit.
  • Successful BCII & FBI background checks.

The facts about working with TCESC:
  • The salary schedule begins at $16.60 an hour for Classroom Assistants.
  • Assistants work 184 days and receive an additional 10 paid holidays.
  • TCESC pays a percentage of your healthcare premium each month.
  • You accrue paid sick leave and also have three personal days per year.
  • TCESC pays for a $50,000 life insurance policy.
