Position: Personal Care Assistant
Schedule: Flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN
Location: Butler County


About the Role

We are seeking caring, dependable PCAs to support clients in their homes with daily activities that promote independence, comfort, and quality of life. This role is perfect for individuals who are compassionate, patient, and committed to helping others.


Responsibilities
  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility

  • Provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry

  • Offer companionship and emotional support

  • Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition

  • Follow the care plan and maintain safety in the home


Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

  • PCA, CNA, or related caregiving experience a plus (but will train the right candidate)

  • Reliable transportation

  • Strong communication skills and a caring attitude

  • Ability to pass background checks
