Relationship between strategic planning, operational planning, work planning, and contingency planning for crises. Application of learning and persuasion theories to planning. Requirements:

PH.D. or M.A. in communication (preferably). Professional experience or expertise directly related to the course content. Teaching experience related to the course (an asset).
