McBride Homes is looking for part-time sales assistants for the Union, Warrenton, and Wright City areas. McBride is Missouri's largest home builder and is an industry leader in residential new home construction. With an expected 800 closings in 2026, McBride is proud to be recognized as the 33rd largest privately owned builder in the United States and the 69th largest overall according to Builder Magazine. This position is 2-3 days/week + occasional weekends and the hours are 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. every day except Tuesdays and Thursdays. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, the hours are 10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Pay rate is $15.00/hr.The ideal candidate will have customer service or sales experience, excellent communication skills and a professional appearance and demeanor. Basic computer skills are required. Our Sales Assistants take home buyers on a tour of our beautiful display homes and help them understand the floor plans and unique features available. You will help keep the sales momentum going by scheduling appointments, following up with prospects, administrative tasks, and keeping the sales office organized.
