Position Overview
Brighter Mind Therapy, LLC is seeking compassionate, motivated, and reliable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. We are currently hiring for cases located in Highland Park, Arlington Heights, Skokie, and Villa Park.
RBTs will work directly with children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental disabilities under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The ideal candidate is patient, professional, energetic, and passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of clients and their families.
Responsibilities
  •  Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA 
  •  Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and/or community settings 
  •  Collect accurate session data and complete required documentation 
  •  Assist clients in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills 
  •  Follow behavior intervention plans and safety procedures 
  •  Maintain professionalism and positive communication with families and team members 
  •  Attend supervision meetings, trainings, and team collaboration sessions as required 
  •  Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA guidelines 
Qualifications
  •  Active RBT certification required 
  •  High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred 
  •  Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred 
  •  Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  •  Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to assigned cases 
  •  CPR/BLS certification preferred
