Join our dynamic hospitality team at the Candlewood Suites in Gonzales, LA as a Houseman, where your dedication to cleanliness and guest satisfaction will contribute to creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our housekeeping and maintenance operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist housekeeping staff with cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, corridors, and public areas
- Deliver linens, supplies, and amenities to guest rooms and other departments as needed
- Perform light maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, fixing minor repairs, and reporting larger issues to maintenance
- Ensure all public areas, restrooms, and back-of-house spaces are clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Respond promptly to guest requests and assist with special needs to enhance guest experience
- Maintain safety and security standards in all areas of the hotel
