Work Schedule + Shift Hours:
  • Monday-Friday 4pm-10pm | Saturday 9am-5pm
Pay:
  • $13.15 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform a variety of office and secretarial duties, research, schedule bookings, and give information about the department's activities.
  • Answer phones and take messages
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies
  • Scan documents
  • Assist in other receptionist tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma
