The Role
Dwellinc is on the lookout for a quick-to-action individual to join our team as a part time Communications Specialist. You'll be the first impression for clients who are seeking help from one of our agents to find a new place to live. You will be responsible for all initial client communication across multiple social media platforms and office lines. You will own connecting our clients with the best possible free resource for them to find their new home, whether that's with us or someone else.
What You'll Do
  • Field direct inquiries from clients via webform submissions, phone, text, & email
  • Respond to potential clients on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
  • Connect clients with our sales team
  • Represent the Dwellinc brand

Who You Are
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service
  • Can juggle high volume of conversations at once
