PART-TIME CLERICAL-PRE TRIAL DIVISION


DEPARTMENT:                        Elkhart County Judiciary-Court Services    

HIRING RATE:                         $20.47-$22.74/hour based on education and position related experience

BENEFITS OFFERED:            No benefits offered

        
POSITION TO BE FILLED:      ASAP

HOURS & DAYS OF WORK:   Flexible up to 25 hours/week

                
LOCATION OF POSITION:      Elkhart County Court House

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:     None

    
JOB SUMMARY:
Answer phones, maintain files, and perform general office duties with direction, as needed, from supervisor.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:        
    Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred 
    High school graduate or GED 
    1+ years clerical experience 
    Handle multiple tasks, be a team player and communicate effectively 
    Accurate computer/keyboarding skills  
    Familiar working in Excel and Word    
    Ability to operate a variety of office equipment
    Pre-employment background check and drug screen required
