Job Summary:
Manitowoc, OPT, Inpatient, 1 weekend/month and 1 holiday/year.
Evaluates and treats all referred occupational therapy patients according to physician's orders.
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy required (unless grandfathered in under Bachelor's degree).
LICENSE DESCRIPTION:
Wisconsin licensed or eligible required. If eligible, must obtain license within 3 months of hire. CPR certification is required.
EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:
None, but two years occupational therapy experience preferred.
