Founded in 2015, the company serves a collection of seven world-class owned venues and a client roster of the most iconic arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions, spanning four continents.
Overview
Overnight Change Over Crew, will primaryily work overnight. They are responsible for ensuring set-up and tear downs for events are completed according to specifications in a safe and timely manner. They are also responsible for basic maintenance and upkeep of both the building and property. Facilities workers must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he/she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skill and abilities.
This role pays an hourly rate of $27.17-28.66 (per CBA).
Benefits as per the union agreement.
EVERGREEN ROLE: Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis; there is no application deadline.
Responsibilities
  • Arrives for work on time for each scheduled shift, in uniform and ready to work
  • Must be able to work overnight hours, weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to take both verbal and written direction
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs. on a frequent basis
  • Ability to stand on feet for up to 8 hours at a time, kneel, stoop, climb stair, and reach/lift above head in conjunction with conversion tasks
  • Ability to safely and efficiently operate hand tools
  • Performs set-up and tear down duties
  • Performs daily operations and general building maintenance during non-event days
  • Performs general landscaping of the property
  • Works safely, quickly and efficiently to meet all deadlines
  • Maintains a positive, outgoing demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • All other tasks assigned by Supervisor

Qualifications
  • Prior conversion or event experience preferred
  • Prior landscaping or snow removal experience preferred
  • OSHA 10 preferred
  • Prior forklift training preferred
