Description
TeleSolv is seeking an experienced Business Consultant with expertise in grocery, retail and consumer-facing operations. This professional will support executive engagements, operational assessments, enterprise transformation initiatives and process improvement efforts. Serving as a trusted adviser to client leadership, the consultant will use data-driven analysis and organizational improvement methods to identify opportunities to strengthen operational performance, workforce productivity, customer experience and strategic execution. The successful candidate will combine strong consulting capabilities with practical experience in grocery retail, store operations, distribution and fulfillment, workforce optimization and enterprise performance management
Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate discussions with executives and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct operational and organizational assessments.
  • Analyze store operations, workforce effectiveness and fulfillment processes.
  • Lead process-improvement and operational-excellence initiatives.
  • Develop key performance indicator frameworks, dashboards and performance measures.
  • Support strategic planning, governance and alignment between strategy and execution.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • At least 10 years of experience in consulting, operations or transformation.
  • At least five years of experience supporting grocery, retail, consumer products, wholesale distribution or omnichannel organizations.
  • Experience working with senior executives and operational leadership teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in one or more relevant functional areas, such as store operations, distribution and fulfillment, workforce productivity, customer experience, operational excellence, business transformation, process optimization or performance management.
