CASHIER @ WIMBERLEY CBD SHOP (78676)**** MUST BE 21+ WITH TRANSPORTATION***

BILINGUAL IS A PLUS *** MUST BE AVAIL. WED MORNINGS, THURSDAYS & FRIDAYS. PART TIME

JOB ROLE AND SUMMARY

Seeking a reliable retail cashier for a CBD shop located in 78676. You are responsible for greeting and assisting consumers, collecting payments, and responding to all inquiries, including direct messages and social media. You will be the direct contact for customer support and provide information about the storefront, products, and how they can help the customer. In addition, you will be responsible for conducting sales transactions for the consumers, cleaning the retail premises, and arranging products, making sure that everything is well-positioned and “stocked to our standard” for an organized and neat display.

A. Duties and Responsibilities

1. Greets customers and responds to their questions and issues.

2. Opening and closing duties, which include set-up and cleaning.

3. Operates point of sale (POS) terminal – we are currently using Square with no plan to change.

4. Processes credit and debit means of payment.

5. Administers sales transactions between the consumers and the company.

6. Examines product defects from the purchased items and processes exchanges and refunds.

7. Issues receipts for the purchased items and handles coupon or voucher deals.

8. Stock products and ensure that the products are organized and correctly labeled.

9. Keeping a friendly and professional attitude for every transaction.

B. Skills

1. High precision in terms of financial counting and calculation.

2. Exemplary written and communication skills.

3. Must be detail-oriented and highly vigilant of the surroundings.

4. Must have the ability to multitask without disrupting the quality of the results.

5. Highly amiable and welcoming to the consumers, as well as the co-workers.

6. Must possess the ability to assert grace under pressure and in troubled instances.

7. Understands basic statistical reports and mathematical equations.

C. Qualifications

1. Must have at least two years of experience in the customer service or sales field.

2. Must have a High School diploma or equivalent

3. Must have good work references that prove honesty and reliability.

4. Must have reliable transportation.

5. Interested in gaining knowledge about cannabinoids such as CBD and Delta variants.

6. Interested in learning about CBD, hemp, and hemp-derived products.

7. Available for attending workshops or light coursework (1-3 per year) to broaden knowledge on

cannabis and related products.
