Job description

Job Description
Saint Luke's South is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Cardiac Rehab Team in the PRN capacity. In this role, you'll complete patient intakes, provide educations, monitor vitals, and assist with cardiac rehab classes. We're looking for someone who is friendly, compassionate, knowledgeable, and excited to learn and grow in the cardiac rehab space.
Shift: PRN, must work a minimum of 1 shift every 6 weeks. Ideally looking for someone to pick up 1-2 shifts a week.
Accountable for utilizing the nursing process. Responsible for performing patient care delegating patient care tasks and for supervision of other patient care staff. Responsible for coordinating the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This clinical nurse demonstrates proficiency and abides by policies rules guidelines and procedures.

Applicable Experience:

Advanced Cardiac Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross, Registered Nurse (KS) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS)
