8. Cultivate a supportive inclusive environment that promotes success of a diverse student body. 9.

Be reasonably accessible to students. 10. Participate in professional development activities in order to increase personal expertise in both subject matter and teaching techniques.

Minimum Qualifications: A. The minimum of one of the following awarded/conferred from a regionally accredited institution: A bachelor's degree; and two years of occupational experience related to the subject of the course taught. OR An associate degree; and six years of occupational experience related to the subject of the course taught.

OR Possession of a full-time, clear California Designated Subjects Adult Education Teaching Credential authorizing instruction in the subject matter. OR For courses in an occupation for which the district offers or has offered apprenticeship instruction, the minimum qualifications for non-credit apprenticeship instructors in that occupation, as specified in Section https://www.law.cornell.edu/regulations/california/5-CCR-53413.
