We are currently hiring a Breakdown Coordinator in Greenville, SC!

This is a great opportunity for a driven Breakdown Coordinator with a "can do" attitude. This person will be responsible for providing emergency roadside assistance to customers.

Pay: Based on experience

Responsibilities:

  • Provide emergency roadside assistance to customers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
  • Receive in-bound calls from Salem customers & diagnose mechanical issues
  • Act as a liaison between the servicing location & the customer
  • Demonstrate excellent phone & customer service skills to interact with internal & external customers

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 2 years of prior call center or telemarketing experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & remain accurate
  • Pleasant attitude and personality
  • Basic computer and typing skills
  • Prior transportation industry experience strongly preferred
