What You'll Do:Warmly greet callers and handle a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism and empathy.Gather, verify, and relay accurate message details so our clients can rely on us completely. Efficiently enter information into our computer system with high attention to detail.What We're Looking For:A welcoming, upbeat, and professional phone presence.Strong English communication skills (excellent spelling and grammar).Comfortable navigating a Windows-based computer environment.Typing speed of 35+ WPM.Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.Flexibility to work one weekend day each week.Pay: $18 / Hour with perfect attendance.Perfect Attendance is considered being on time for the start of your shift, leaving and coming back on time from any breaks during your shift, and fully completing your assigned shift.
