Call Center Agent

Location: Lehi, UT
Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (after training)

Serenity Healthcare is hiring Call Center Agents to support patients taking their first steps toward wellness. In this role, you’ll speak with individuals who have already expressed interest in care, answer questions, and help schedule appointments with empathy, clarity, and confidence. No healthcare experience required — we provide paid training.

What You’ll Do

  • Speak with prospective and existing patients to schedule and manage appointments
  • Guide hesitant callers with empathy and solutions-focused communication
  • Convert inbound leads into scheduled appointments through confident follow-up
  • Verify patient information and insurance details
  • Enter and update patient data accurately in the EMR system
  • Respond to patient questions, concerns, and escalations professionally
  • Follow established protocols to ensure consistent, high-quality service
  • Collaborate with clinic and care teams to support a seamless patient experience

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience in a high-volume customer service or call center environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to stay calm, organized, and professional in a fast-paced setting
  • Basic computer and data-entry skills (Microsoft Office a plus)

Pay & Benefits

  • Starting at $16.50/hour, with growth to $19.50/hour within 6 months
  • $1.00/hour bilingual differential for fluent Spanish/English speakers

Training Requirement
