Full-Time Call Center Agent

Answer Plus Las Vegas is seeking full-time Call Center Agents to provide the friendly, professional voice our clients depend on. This role is ideal for those who thrive under pressure as the day to day involves skillfully managing a high-volume of incoming calls. You'll be tasked with providing an exceptional experience for callers while maintaining service quality and meeting performance expectations. Since we deliver exceptional service 24/7, 365 days a year, this role requires availability to work a weekend day and holidays.

To excel in this role, you should have a typing speed of 35WPM and proficient computer skills. We are seeking self-motivated, accountable individuals with a warm demeanor who remain composed when assisting upset callers. Success here requires strong attention to detail in writing and a consistent dedication to reliable attendance and schedule adherence. While previous customer service experience is not required, it is a bonus!

This is an in-office position.

Pay: $17/hour

Shifts:
