Hantz Café is a small restaurant within an office building providing food service options to Hantz Group employees, clients and the sounding community.
As a Café Associate at Hantz Cafe, you are key to the enjoyable experience. We strive to provide a warm, welcoming, and enjoyable atmosphere where customers can enjoy breakfast and lunch. This is an exciting opportunity for a dependable, motivated team member looking to contribute in a customer-focused café environment.
The Café Associate is responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the café. This includes preparing food items such as salads, soups and sandwiches, assisting customers checking out, in office deliveries, stocking and cleaning.
Essential Job Functions:
• Greet Customer and maintain a cheerful and professional environment
• Demonstrates a complete understanding of menu items and explains it to customers accurately
• Prepare food items to customers specifications, ensuring consistency, quality, and timely service
• Adheres to proper food handling, safety and sanitization standards while preparing food, serving food and cleaning
• Restocks items to ensure a sufficient supply throughout the shift
• Understand and adhere to all quality standards and procedures
• Perform daily cleaning
• All other tasks assigned
