Company Description

The Corner Twist is a handcrafted soft-pretzel business built around fresh dough, real butter, and simple techniques done well. Each pretzel is mixed, divided, rolled, twisted, lye-dipped, baked, and finished with care, resulting in a crisp, deeply browned exterior and a soft, flavorful interior. The menu focuses on classic salt-topped twists and pretzel sticks, with thoughtful variations like cinnamon sugar, cheese-topped options, and a rotating selection of dips ranging from house beer cheese and jalapeño cheddar to mustard and sweet choices. Served through a food truck, catering program, and markets, The Corner Twist aims to deliver warm pretzels that make people stop, smile, and savor something fresh and memorable—whether at a brewery, wedding, street corner, or hometown event.
