Part time business managers are professionals who oversee the operations, finances, and strategic planning of a business, but work on a reduced schedule compared to full-time managers. They typically handle tasks such as budgeting, staff supervision, and implementing business strategies, but may focus on specific projects or areas depending on the company's needs. This role offers flexibility for both the employer and employee, making it ideal for businesses that do not require a full-time manager or for professionals seeking work-life balance.
