Schedule + Availability: This part-time role works about 22-28 hours per week.

Schedule is flexible but would need to have some working hours each day of the week Monday-Friday during normal business hours. Your daily objective: You will utilize your bookkeeping experience and accounting software acumen to tackle the company's day-to-day financial tasks.

You'll work alongside the finance team, and will carry the responsibility for cash reconciliation, accounts payable, and expense reporting, which includes... Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying and recording accounts payable and receivable. Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted. Accounts receivable: invoicing new customers, and new customer setup. Weekly cash reconciliations. Collaborate with Staff Accountant and Accounting Manager. Process Sage Expense Reports.

What we're looking for:

High school diploma. at least 2 years of bookkeeping experience. Excellent communication skills, wirtten and verbal. Attention to detail and accuracy of work. Preferred experience with Quickbooks, Voyager, Excel, Google Sheets and Gmail. Pay & Benefits: Hourly pay rate $21-$22. A phenomenal team culture of support and inclusiveness.
