Join Our Team as a Bookkeeper!
Are you a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper looking for a dynamic work environment? We're seeking a skilled professional to manage financial records, ensure accuracy in reporting, and support daily financial operations. What You'll Do:
  • Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries
  • Accurately record all financial transactions in a timely manner
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and ensure compliance with reporting deadlines
  • Review revenue and expenditure accounts as needed
  • Generate and analyze financial reports for accuracy and completeness
  • Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accurate cash balances
  • Monitor daily cash reports and financial data to detect discrepancies
  • Assist in preparing and processing payroll using QuickBooks Online
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll transactions
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
  • Support accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and cash flow management
  • Provide financial insights and guidance to department heads
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records
  • Perform additional accounting and bookkeeping tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:
  • 2 years in bookkeeping or accounting (preferred)
  • Experience managing multi-company accounting (preferred)

Technical Skills:
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks (1 year required)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
