Role Overview As a Part-Time Home & Community BCBA, you'll provide behavioral assessment, treatment planning, and clinical supervision in natural environments. You'll collaborate closely with families, technicians, and clinical leaders to support meaningful, real-world skill development-on a schedule that works for you.
What You'll Do - Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Utilize developmentally appropriate assessments, including Vineland-3 and others as appropriate
- Provide ABA services in home and community settings
- Collect, monitor, and analyze behavioral data to guide clinical decision-making
- Coach caregivers and Behavior Technicians on evidence-based strategies
- Supervise RBTs/Behavior Technicians and ensure treatment fidelity (as applicable)
- Deliver caregiver training to promote skill generalization
- Implement proactive behavior support and crisis prevention strategies
- Participate in clinical meetings and trainings as available

Qualifications - Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- Current BCBA certification in good standing
- Minimum of 2+ years of ABA experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
- Experience conducting FBAs and writing BIPs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to ethical, compassionate, high-quality care
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
