But before friends and family share in the holiday spirit of gift-giving, we here at Big Island Candies share in the team spirit of gift-creating! We are seeking a Packer (Seasonal) for our Celebrations/Specialty Gifts department who will uphold our brand's reputation for producing high-quality products and delivering high-level customer service. Duties include (but not limited to): Assisting the team in creating elegant specialty gift items (packing gift boxes; preparing gift baskets).Additional qualifications and attributes include:Strong attention to detail, with the ability to stay focused throughout the duration of the project;Possessing a meticulous eye for ensuring finished products meet or exceed brand expectations;Work well independently as well as part of a team; able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.Physical requirements include:Frequent standing and walking for the duration of the shift.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Bending, lifting and stretching during the creation and assembly of specialty items and baskets, including ability to climb a stockroom ladder;Working Hours:Full-Time: Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.Part-Time: Monday - Friday, 5:00 pm - 9:30 p.m. Night shift available starting November.Weekends/nights/overtime, subject to peak/seasonal periods and operational needs.
