Job description

We grow the world’s BEST Strawberries & that wouldn’t be possible without our Field Sales Team!

We are seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused District Sales Associate to support our luxury retail kiosk. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving sales of Oishii’s premium strawberry products. You will play a key role in daily kiosk operations, ensuring smooth execution and strong in-store presence.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Deliver a high-touch, luxury customer experience through product education and storytelling
  • Drive sales and consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and inventory checks
  • Maintain the visual presentation and cleanliness of the kiosk to brand standards
  • Support physical setup, breakdown, and relocation of the kiosk as needed
  • Collaborate with District Sales Lead to ensure seamless coverage and strong sales performance
  • Works closely with the Store Lead to optimize customer flow and maximize conversion
  • Contributes to a team environment focused on performance, accountability, and brand excellence

What we look for in a District Sales Associate:

  • This role will require a commitment of 26-28 hours per week, which will be spent at the retail kiosk located in NYC. 
  • 1–3 years of retail, sales, customer service, or brand ambassador experience, preferably in luxury, specialty food, or hospitality.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with light physical tasks (moving kiosk, lifting product, etc.)
  • Schedule: Thursday–Sunday
