About This Role
Join our team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and provide meaningful, direct ABA services to children and teens in home, community, and school settings. In this role, you will implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA, support skill acquisition, and help reduce challenging behaviors while contributing to each client's growth and independence.
This is a direct service role for certified RBTs who are ready to step into clinical implementation with a supportive and collaborative team.
What You'll Do
  • Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
  • Provide 1:1 direct instruction in communication, social, and daily living skills
  • Collect accurate and timely data on client behavior and skill acquisition
  • Support behavior reduction plans using approved intervention strategies
  • Participate in caregiver training and support as directed by the clinical team
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, supervisors, and team members to support client progress
  • Assist with preparation of materials and support ongoing clinical programming
  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold clinical and ethical standards

Compensation
  • RBT Pay Range: $22-$26/hour
  • Pay increases and bonuses are provided at 6 months and annually.

Schedule
  • Full-time: minimum 30 hours/week
  • Part-time: approximately 10-15 hours/week

  • Reliable transportation and access to a device (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
