We are hiring part-time Back of House Team Members at $18 an hour! Come join us as we support the Arizona Diamondbacks throughout the season & open for other fun events such as concerts, rodeos, college football bowl games, and more!

The Chick-fil-A Chase Field is the gold standard of stadium concessions for Chick-fil-A and Chase Field. We are a multi-year winner of the Guardian Of The Brand Award from Chick-fil-A, which means we were in the top 5% of all restaurants for food safety and cleanliness. We pride ourselves on being the best stadium restaurant providing top of the line service and hospitality. The Chick-fil-A Chase Field is a high energy environment with the best location in Chase Field Stadium (401 East Jefferson Street 85004) right behind third base. We get the opportunity to serve delicious chicken while enjoying the fun of the baseball experience & any other events within Chase Field stadium such as live concerts and College Football. We have been open for artists such as Morgan Wallen, Bad Bunny, Elton John, Pink, and many others. This is a fun opportunity to be a part of the game day magic and root for the Arizona Diamondbacks. There is nothing like working and all of a sudden hearing the roar of the crowd from a home run being hit!

Starting compensation is $18 an hour for all Back of House Team Members. Our work schedule aligns with the Arizona Diamondbacks home game & Chase Field Stadium event calendar so our schedule is set for the entire season! We are closed on Sundays.

This position is part-time. We are only open when the Arizona Diamondbacks have home games or Chase Field hosts an event.

This is the perfect position if you are seeking a set second job or are in school! Having the set schedule for the season allows for lots of flexibility & planning. This position is perfect if you are attending Arizona State University (ASU) Downtown or any of the schools that surround Chase Field.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
  • Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
  • Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
  • Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
  • Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
  • Other duties as assigned
