GLAZED DONUT WORKS in Deep Ellum is seeking qualified BAKERS. Candidates needs to have a minimum of 2 years experience in pastry/baking production. Our donuts are like fine pastries, we will not serve anything less than the absolute best and we place a strong emphasis on quality over quantity. Unlike most donut shops, we produce our product from completely from scratch. There is nothing artificial, no preservatives or stabilizers in our product. We use fresh fruit and seasonal ingredients in our glazes and fillings. Customers expect our product to be superior in both taste and appearance and we meet that goal with every single donut produced. We take pride in what we do and expect our employees to do the same.The BAKER position requires you to - mix, cut, proof, fry and finish donuts. This position is physically labor intensive and requires attention to detail.
