We service a wide variety of aircraft and facilities both large and small! This position is based out of Lake City Gateway Airport (LCQ); our company is continually growing, and we need candidates who meet and exceed our expectations of becoming the nation’s leading aircraft detailing and facility support company!


Job Description: Shift schedules include: Part Time shifts available, 2nd shift working hours.
Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning Duties:

  • Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces, restrooms, and common areas ensuring a high level of hygiene.
  • Empty and properly dispose of waste and recycling bins throughout the facility.
  • Clean and disinfect common areas such as bathrooms, break rooms, kitchenettes, and meeting rooms.
  • Wipe down and disinfect high-touch surfaces, including doorknobs, light switches, and handrails.
  • Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies, ensuring that all necessary products are available for use.

Safety Compliance:

  • Adhere to all internal and customer safety policies. Report any hazards, injuries, or concerns promptly to supervisors.

Communication:

  • Effectively communicate scheduling needs to your supervisor and maintain open lines of communication with co-workers, supervisors, and on-site management.

Attendance:

  • Follow Foxtrot handbook policy 605 on attendance, ensuring consistent and reliable presence at work.

Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure that all cleaning tasks consistently meet the quality expectations of the station, taking pride in your work.

Time Management:

  • Verify hours worked before the end of each payroll cycle to ensure accurate compensation.

Training Compliance:

  • Complete all required training as mandated by Foxtrot Aviation to stay updated on best practices and safety procedures.

Team Collaboration:

  • Cooperate with team members and supervisors to understand priorities, timelines, and daily goals, contributing to a positive work environment.
Requirements:

Job Title: Custodial Technican

Employment Type: Part Time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Benefits: Medical, Life, Dental, 401(k) with a generous company match (our 401k program is available to both Part-Time and Full-Time employees), and PTO to qualifying Full-Time employees.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to pass a 10-year background check and obtain airport badging.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test (this includes the recreational use of Marijuana)
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.
  • Capable of bending, twisting, lifting, and using machinery such as buffers for extended periods.
  • Perform general manual labor.
  • Be comfortable working with heights.
  • Open availability and flexibility with scheduling.
  • Veterans must provide the form DD214 of discharge information if applicable.
