Overview:

Audacy Detroit seeks Part Time Studio Board Operators for music  WYCD-FM, WOMC-FM, WDZH-FM. We are looking for versatile team players who thrive in a fast paced, intense environment with superior interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

Job responsibilities:

  • Run the control board, following station format, arranging and playing commercials and IDs according to program and commercial logs
  • Follow all applicable laws and FCC regulations.
Qualifications

Required & Preferred:

  • High School Diploma
  • Knowledge of Wide Orbit
  • Prior studio/radio board operating experience

  • Digital editing skills for Adobe, Vox Pro etc

  • Proficient in audio mixing
  • Have a solid understanding of radio broadcasting fundamentals, and demonstrate the capability to manage live broadcasts.
  • High School Diploma
  • A valid driver's license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of applicant's own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required.

Preferred:

  • College or Broadcast School or practical experience is a plus
  • Axia Board operation is a plus
