Location: Wilmington, NC Schedule: Part-Time, On-Site
Position Overview
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for all guests and callers, supporting the dealership by delivering a professional, welcoming, and efficient front-desk experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment. The Receptionist will assist multiple departments and uphold the standards of professionalism expected within the dealership.
Key Responsibilities
  • Greet all customers and visitors in a courteous, professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming calls to the appropriate departments
  • Maintain the front desk, lobby, and customer lounge to ensure a clean and organized environment
  • Assist with appointment check-ins for Sales and Service
  • Provide administrative support including filing, scanning, data entry, and document organization
  • Communicate effectively with Sales, Service, and Management to support daily operations
