We are seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant who prides themselves on delivering top-tier customer service and thrives in a supportive, people-centered role.

Position Overview:
The Administrative Assistant will serve as the first point of contact for residents—both in person and by phone—while supporting the day-to-day operations of the association office. This role requires professionalism, strong communication skills, and a friendly, solutions-oriented approach. This position is three part time days per week (5 hours per day).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet residents and visitors with warmth, patience, and professionalism.
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and inquiries with excellent customer service.
  • Assist residents with forms, association information, and general requests.
  • Maintain organized files, records, and office documents.
  • Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate with the Community Association Manager, board members, vendors, and service providers as needed.
