  • This is a Full-Time Hourly Position
  • Pay rate: $30-$33/hour
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-3:15 PM

What You'll Do

  • Perform electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and repairs 
  • Maintain lighting fixtures, outlets, switches, circuit breakers, and electrical systems 
  • Complete carpentry, painting, plumbing, welding, and paver repairs 
  • Install and maintain community signage, fencing, mailboxes, and other infrastructure 
  • Inspect and maintain tools, equipment, and utility vehicles 
  • Follow proper safety procedures and guidelines while performing maintenance work 
  • Work closely with the Property Services Manager and other team members 

Requirements

  What We're Looking For 

  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • Valid Florida Driver's License 
  • 2-4 years of commercial or residential electrical experience 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety 
  • Flexible availability when needed
