What you'll do:

  • Develop, lead, and execute our recruitment strategy, processes, and metrics.
  • Partner with hiring managers across property and corporate teams on sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
  • Lead our onboarding experience, from orientation curriculum to hiring manager guidance.

Position Summary


Partner with business leaders, hiring managers and HR professionals to establish and drive overall talent acquisition strategies. This position will oversee the entire life cycle of the recruitment process, serve as a senior-level resource for both property and corporate recruiting efforts, and lead the Company's new hire onboarding training and recruitment social media presence. 


Essential Duties

  • Develop, lead, and execute the Company's recruitment strategy, processes, and metrics.
  • Lead the employee on-boarding process, including the initial orientation.
  • Identify and source great talent for current and future open roles within the organization.
  • Partner with hiring managers on recruitment efforts for their department. This includes, but is not limited to posting positions, scheduling, and conducting phone interviews/interviews, background checks and coordinating new hire communications. 
  • Assist and support the recruitment of corporate positions, partnering with corporate department leaders on position requirements, sourcing strategy, candidate screening, and interview coordination for corporate and specialized roles.
  • Coordinate and facilitate new employee orientations. Processes new hire paperwork onboarding activities in the HRIS system, Paylocity.
  • Develop, deliver, and maintain new hire onboarding training, including orientation curriculum, training materials, and hiring manager guidance, to ensure a consistent onboarding experience across all locations.
  • Participate in ACC Management Group employer branding efforts, as it relates to recruitment.
  • Use social media, job boards, internet sourcing and other technical means to source candidates for open positions.
  • Create, write, and schedule recruitment social media posts to promote open positions, highlight employee and community stories, and strengthen the Company's employer brand.
  • Develop and maintain networking relationships with community organizations, colleges and universities, alumni organizations, industry organizations, employee, and colleague contacts to help identify and source qualified talents.
  • Travel to various locations for interviews and job fairs (minimal), as required.
  • Drives continuous improvement regarding the talent acquisition efforts, onboarding and other HR processes.
  • Assist with compliance efforts to ensure ADA/EEO guidelines are enforced and abided, ensuring staffing requirements are met in accordance with legal guidelines.
  • Drive to improve and enhance the employee onboarding process within HR and other departments.
  • Participate on committees and special projects and seek additional responsibilities.
  • Other related duties, as assigned.

  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Experience with Paylocity is preferred but not required. 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
  • Two to five years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process, highly preferred.

Work Environment


This position will be based at our corporate office in Oshkosh, WI which operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, photocopiers & fax machines, filing cabinets/etc. Hybrid work possibilities may be considered.


Physical Demands

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds, at times.
