Job description

We are seeking a driven, customer-focused Apartment Property Manager to oversee our residential community in the Green Bay area. You will be the face of the property, responsible for ensuring resident satisfaction, maximizing occupancy, and maintaining the physical and financial health of the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leasing & Marketing: Oversee community marketing, conduct property tours, process rental applications, and negotiate lease agreements to maintain maximum occupancy.
  • Financial Management: Collect rent, manage delinquencies, oversee operating expenses, and execute the annual property budget to achieve financial targets.
  • Resident Relations: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant concerns, enforcing occupancy policies, and driving resident retention programs.
  • Maintenance & Operations: Supervise on-site maintenance staff and vendors to ensure timely unit turnovers, routine upkeep, and excellent curb appeal.
  • Compliance: Ensure all property operations, leasing files, and evictions comply with Fair Housing laws and local regulations.
