POSITION 27P10 TITLE:  Part-time Vocational Assessment Facilitator

LOCATION: Countywide

EMPLOYMENT TERM:    As needed, part-time/hourly for 2026-2027 school year with anticipated start date of August 26, 2026. 

BID PERIOD: August 13-19, 2026, 4 pm.  If necessary, interviews will be arranged after bid period closes.

QUALIFICATIONS:  Applicant must have a bachelor's degree.  Applicant should be familiar with WVEIS, LACES, Pearson Vue Testing Systems, NOCTI Assessment, ASE Testing, Simulated Workplace, Coordination of Drug Testing. 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.         Work up to 35 hours a week 

2.         Coordinate weekly Pearson Vue Test Schedule 

3.         Schedule NOCTI Testing and data breakdown

4.         Collaborate with Adult Education and Option Pathway instructor

5.         Coordination of Adult Evening Classes 

6.         Coordinate Drug Screening for JMHS and Cameron High School 

7.         Complete B&I Reviews for all CTE programs at JMHS and Cameron High School

8.         Collaborate with Career Counselor for work-based learning opportunities and field trips 

9.         Coordinate Gils in STEM Day 

10.       Assist with CTE Summer Camp 

11.       Assist all aspects of Simulated Workplace

12        Assist in in grant writing activities (Perkins, Secondary Block, Adult Education)

13.       Perform all other duties as assigned, according to need, by the school principal and/or Director of Career, Technical and Adult Education

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand and walk for extended periods; reach, bend, crouch, and kneel; grasp and manipulate objects; write; and use repetitive hand and arm motions. The employee must regularly communicate verbally and audibly and visually monitor students and the surrounding environment.  The employee frequently uses computers, instructional technology, and multimedia equipment. The position requires the employee to frequently lift, carry, push, or move instructional materials and equipment, typically weighing up to 20 pounds and occasionally more.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, and peripheral vision, the ability to adjust focus, and the ability to visually monitor multiple students and activities simultaneously.
