Job description

Description
The Department of International Literary and Cultural Studies at Tufts University in Medford, Massachusetts is seeking a part-time lecturer to teach in the Fall Semester of 2026. Responsibilities consist of teaching one course, Modern Arabic Literature, which will meet Mondays and Wednesdays, 10:30-11:45 AM.
Qualifications
Requirements: Native or near-native fluency in both Arabic and English; demonstrated excellence in teaching in the U.S.; Ph.D. in Arabic literature or a closely related field (ABD considered).
